How to do Viking Weave (or Viking Knit)

A lot of people see me at shows working on viking weave and wonder what I am doing.  I show them the finished product as well as the draw plate.  Some people also ask me to teach them or to show them how I do it.

As a result I thought it would be a good idea to post links to easy-to-follow instructions for those who want to learn.
